Heavy Engineering Works

We undertake all types of CNC based engineering works.

Turning

With help of lathe machine to turn the outer diameter of the round. Turning mainly in 2 types that is
1)Proof Machining. 2) Finish machining , Accuracy/tolerance will kept as per requirement of our customers.
Our capacity to turn max 1200 dia x 10 mtrs long.

Machining

Multy shaped job will turned With the help of various machines and machining mainly in 2 types that is
1)Proof Machining 2) Finish machining , Accuracy / tolerance will kept as per requirement of our customers.
Our capacity to turn max 1200 dia x 10mtrs long.

Cutting

Round and Square cutting will be done up to 1500mm diameter with the help of bandswa machine.

Parting

When diameter is more than bandswa capacity then parting is done with the help of tripping tools and than cutting performed.

Grinding

When finish machining /grinding needs as per requirement of clients /jobs than grinding is performed on machine with the help of grinding attachment. Our capacity/ accuracy is 0.05mm.

Drilling

When specific wall thickness required to maintain like hydrolic and other specific barrel, is mostly not available in the market. Than it is formed from the solid with the help of drilling.

Boring

Boring of pipe with the help of tools and attachment as per requirement. Two main types of boring is
1) Close ended boring– please discuss with your requirement and drawing.
2) Open ended boring , our capacity is 900dia x 6mtrs long and up to 600dia x 8mtrs long.

Facing Jobs

Mainly done for flanges or big dia circles. Our capacity is 2200dia x 1500THK.
